Allow ±1 in (2–3 cm) due to manual measuring and fabric variation.
Do different styles fit differently?
Yes. Unisex tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts can feel slightly different by brand/fabric. Check Details & Fit on the product page.

Will colors match the photos exactly?
Minor color variations can occur due to studio lighting, screen calibration, and the POD printing process. This is normal and not a defect.
I see a faint box/odor on a new print—normal?
Yes. It’s from pretreatment/underbase used in DTG/DTF. It fades after the first wash.
Any print-placement tolerance?
For DTG, allow up to 0.5 in (≈1.27 cm) shift in print placement.
Care instructions?
Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle; do not bleach; tumble dry low or hang dry; avoid ironing directly on print.

How long do production and shipping take?
Your delivery window = Fulfillment + Shipping. Most orders are produced in 2–5 business days. After fulfillment:

USA (Standard): 3–4 business days → ~5–9 business days total from order date

Canada / UK / EU / Other International (Standard): 5–20 business days after fulfillment
Business days exclude weekends/holidays. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you can’t find it, check spam or contact us via the Contact form on our website with your order number.
Will my items ship separately?
Sometimes. Multi-item orders may ship from different facilities to arrive faster, so packages can arrive separately.
Can I change my order or address after purchase?
Edits are only possible before production starts. Please reach out ASAP via our Contact form with your order number; once printing begins or an order ships, changes are no longer possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries/regions. Availability varies by product and address.

Report within 30 days of delivery via the Contact form on our website. Include your order number, clear photos (full product + close-ups; if multiple items are affected, include one photo/video showing all in one frame), and a brief description.
If verified, we’ll arrange a reprint or refund. (Made-to-order items are not returnable for preference-related reasons.)

What isn’t eligible?
Wrong size/style/color picked by customer; change of mind; minor color differences; ±1 in size tolerance; DTG 0.5 in print-placement tolerance.
EU 14-day cooling-off?
Custom-made (POD) goods are generally exempt from the 14-day unconditional return right under EU law.

Report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date via our Contact form. After the carrier’s review, we’ll reprint or refund if confirmed lost.
