Shipping Policy

 1) How delivery times work

Our products are made to order (POD). Your delivery window = Fulfillment time + Shipping time.

• Fulfillment: Most orders are produced in 2–5 business days.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers may experience delays during peak season, severe weather, or customs.

2) Shipping times by region

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, typical shipping times are:

• USA (Standard): 3–4 business days → about 5–9 business days total from the order date
• Canada (Standard): 5–20 business days after fulfillment
• UK / EU (Standard): 5–20 business days after fulfillment
• Other International (Standard): 5–20 business days after fulfillment

We currently offer Standard shipping only at checkout (no Express option).

3) Holiday shipping surcharge (US)

Between October 15 – January 17, US-bound orders include a temporary carrier surcharge of $0.40 USD per order, automatically reflected at checkout.

4) Tracking & split shipments

• A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
• Multi-item orders may be split into separate packages to arrive faster.

5) Where we ship

We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, and select international destinations. Availability can vary by product and address (some remote locations may be unsupported).

6) Duties, taxes & customs

• International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes collected by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Customs processing can extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.

7) Address accuracy & undeliverable parcels

• Please provide a complete, accurate address (including apartment/unit number). Carriers can’t deliver to incomplete addresses.
• If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect/insufficient address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship after confirming a corrected address. Additional shipping fees will apply.

8) Marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
2. Look for a notice or safe-drop location.
3. Allow 2 business days for a possible carrier update.
4. Then contact us with your order number + shipping address so we can assist.

9) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packing slip. We’ll arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate.

For change-of-mind, wrong size, or color-expectation differences, returns/exchanges are not supported for made-to-order items. Please review size charts and product details before purchasing. (See our Refund/Return Policy for details.)

10) Order edits & cancellations

Production starts shortly after your order is placed. If you need to edit or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If printing has started or the order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
